OK. Here's what I remember about Fantasy
Farm (I'm 30 now...so bear with me):
Pulling into the pay stall and
looking down at the funhouse. I would swear someone was in there sometimes
touching me! The foam room in the barn...riding the sky lift and noticing all
the shoes on the roof of the arcade. The "Electric Chair" sitting just
outside of the restaurant that featured junk bins while waiting for the hot dogs
& fries to cook. Paying for those and walking into the other room to take
turns putting quarters in the "player piano". Does anyone remember the
"Tumble Bug" ride that overheated all of the time and the person would
ask you to come back in an half an hour for it to open? The little trains
in the small train-yard that had those little red buttons you'd push...hoping
that yours would work and make a train sound. The shiny chromed steel coaster
that I'd ride from the back seat so that my cousin & I could dare each
other to look backwards throughout the whole ride (I believe was 3 times around
the track). The UNCLE AL shows at the pavilion! I ALWAYS WANTED to meet
him and that horse! Then there was that infamous foam up in the barn! Yeah!!!!
What about those AWESOME race cars that went in a figure eight (over and under
the bridge)...you never knew which car you would get but you'd run for your
favorite color! There were those infamous flying elephants (near the highway)
and that cool wavy slide in the nearby tree (I used to think that slide was WAY
UP THERE!). The animals of course...never knew what you'd see in those
pavilions. The paddle boats...the cave with slide shows of The
Flintstones......DID I MENTION THE SHOES ON THE ROOFS FROM THE SKY LIFT ? The
pavilions that housed the mazes of trees you could climb to the roof (my cousins
and I were on channel 22 I think for an interview). The Scrambler that my cousin
went on 11 times in a row...WOW! What was I DOING???? I was on the coaster I
think ! The silver bullets that went in a circle near the silver coaster.
