Memories of Fantasy Farm

Michelle Gates, Anna Ohio. I remember it was the late 70's early 80's, and we (Girlscout's and I) would always run to the ride with the Santa swing on it. We would fight over who got to sit in Santa, cause nobody wanted the clown. Then after that we would just run around. If I remember right they did have paddleboats(I know Americana had them also) but they had them for a few years. We also enjoyed the mini roller coasters and the big red barn.

I also remember when I took my daughter (I think it was around 90-92) she was around 4or5, it was her first real amusement park, she had so much fun, but it was a lot different, it was getting dirty and they didn't take very good care of the rides. Her favorite was the Dark ride. We had to keep going and going on that thing all day. I'm really sad that they shut it down because they really need a little park like that for the smaller children because Kings Island and Cedar Point is just to big and busy for parents to take the small children to.

I will always remember those Santa swings.
