Memories of Fantasy Farm

John Carroll in Atlanta: When I was 8 years old, in 1978, my dad was transferred from here in Atlanta to Centerville, Ohio for about three years. In the summer of 1979 he took me to Fantasy Farm and I remember it well. I have always had a fascination with roller-coasters and amusement parks that continues to this day. The rides I remember were the Whip?, Scrambler, Tumble Bug, and I remember the sky lift ride. I also remember there was an amusement park next door that had a huge roller coaster ( Well, it seemed huge to me at the time). I am surprised I stumbled across this page. I am sorry to hear this park has closed. I had a lot of fun there!!! It stands out as one of my fondest childhood memories.
