When my brother and I were little kids, my parents used to take us to Fantasy Farm. It was awesome! Our favorite attraction by far was the haunted house. I don't really remember why we loved it. The ride was really quite cheesy - and we knew it! You used to get in a little buggy-type car and ride around. When you would turn a corner a button would trigger a robotic "monster" of some sort. A true classic. I have many other memories there besides that ride. I know we used to love the ride that was on a track that went up and down in a circle... I think it was the whip, but I don't remember for sure. We also loved the little
roller coaster and the big slide in the barn. Fantasy Farm has another big tie with me. In the early 80s (probably around '84), they filmed a commercial around the park. That commercial was very special for me because I was in it! I would love to get a copy of it. At the very end of the ad it showed a little boy riding in the boats that went in a circle (complete with fake steering wheel!). I used to love that... and it showed in that commercial.
